Ban Informations? No E-Mail etc.

does one get any Informations about a suspension? I am not here to appeal anything I am just wondering if I should've gotten an E-Mail or any kind of Info about my Suspension? Especially the Duration.

Oh might I add: I revoke my former statement, I hereby appeal my suspension which I have not received any information on, whilst acknowledging the redundancy of such a request. Maybe this will grant me access to the information I so crave.

Thanks for the Information. Ye seems fine considering the Reknown and Levels I got from those hours of cultivating, let's not talk about all the gold I got from selling those juicy 1.5k heal pots. Nah honestly it's kay no hard feelings just gonna move on can't be bothered wasting more time on this bloated carcass of a game.
