PT 3 of T3 teaser ???

So since T3 has been delayed does that mean the third part of the video is also delayed ? And does that mean the PT3 will signal the launch of T3 ?

I don't understand the T3 delay, it's going to lag at peak times no matter what.
(Maybe they're hoping people will quit?)

It also sounds like bandwidth is becoming too expensive for them.
