warrior priest should be allowed to change appearance of book to hammer

Okay this one bugs me a lot and has been for a long time running.
Why is it Dok's AKA disciple of khaines allowed to change the appearance from chalice to sword and warrior priest can't do that with the book?
it seems a bit unfair in my opinion so why can't we be able to change the appearance from the book to a single-handed hammer? like its the one thing that bugs me the most about warrior priest atm because the book appearance is absolutely buggy on the female warrior priest.
