Already Claimed Reward for SAGA Event

Dear All

I have completed the SAGA event. When I tried to claim the Ring, it says I have already claimed the reward and the item is still with the Herald [ not greyed out ]. What can be done to get the Ring. This is my first time doing SAGA event.

Restarted computer. Delete cache and was able to claim the reward.
