ORVR newbie question (T2+)

Hello!

I did quite a bit of T1 ORVR in Nordland, Blighted Isle etc. to level (I understand the RR is important to maintain as you go to avoid falling behind).

Now that I've hit level 16, I can't do those zones because I'm a chicken (could just adjust me down, but okay).

But all the T2 zones are locked / controlled. So there doesn't seem to be a way to level in ORVR in T2.

Should I just come back another time or am I missing something?

there should always be an open zone. you can check all zones when you click on the red castle near the minimap. it shows the State of Realms. sometimes there is only 1 zone open because every other was already done.
but with level 16 the start can be rough.

there is a RvR guide on youtube which explain pretty well what new players should do to keep up
