What do you think about this idea?
Can lower-level morale abilities be placed in higher-level morale slots?
This would give more possibilities.

Additionally, BG m2 “Away, Cretins” instead of dmg + aoe knock back + weak snare, give only a strong 60% snare without aoe kb and without dmg?
As a tank, I really dislike abilities that can give free immunity.

There always will be a Mara or choppa to give free immunity xD
Any wasted crowd control hurts more than death.

Hmm it need to investigate what options this idea realy bring.
It dangerous to propose general rule to abbilities that are individual and unic and placed in different archetyps.
Morales are on there level because of its effectivnes and power- what profit would be from taking Raze in m3 slot ??? ( for example)
Amount of time needed to get into morale level place it in battlefield rytm and time it take to lose it when being out of combat. What is the point to wait so long for lower level abbility ?
Two morale of same level could be taken in different slots.
I belive it can be good when two morales of same level are good and another is ussles.

What comes to my mind is
Dps moste of time ussles m4 frienzied slaughter would be replaced for ussfull m3.

This idea would be very nice to see implemented with changing of morales/ ussles morales
