New to game, just some general questions!!

Hello! I am new to RoR, and like many others here, I am a returning player of War. I preordered the collector's edition of this game years ago and played for a couple months before my friends had left and the game just didn't do it for me anymore, sadly. I am very very excited to see that RoR is a thing and the game still lives in a way! However, as I have not played this game specifically and warhammer, in particular, in many years, I wanted to throw out some of my vague questions I've had while going about my first few levels. Keep in mind I rolled a Black Guard on destruction.

1. What is the best way to level? Dry questing really killed this game for me, especially when I had to solo like I am on RoR. Do people suggest questing to level in RoR? If so, where is best? I noticed public quests either don't work or no one is near them to complete one yet.

2. Scenarios? I have done two of them, one on order side for a curiosity on it's queue times and population after my two destruction attempts. I had a wait time of about 15 mins for each scenario queue and both games were a complete failure for Destruction. I couldn't even recall the objective of the scenario since we were nearly getting camped upon ressing. Is this normal or just bad luck? Also, is this a better way to level?

3. What is the level cap ?

4. And lastly, where do most people hang out or do their thing in the game these days? I imagine RvR is heavily the game's interest so I'm curious where people, throughout 1 to the level cap do a lot of their big epic battles.

That's about it. I really wanna remain playing this game and support it in every way that I can. I can't see myself leveling to level cap through a stale questing system again and the scenarios I have done haven't seemed to be too fun so far for my faction. I hope there's a smooth and seamless way to hit level cap so I can join in on where the meat and potatoes of the game are! Thanks!

1) I do a mix of everything, I usually quest to level 8 or so. Then I do scenarios until level 12. Then i go to the T2 warcamp and pick up all the quests and keep quests, and do scens and hand these in each time i get 15 kills.

2) Which side wins seems to sometimes depend on the time of day, but mostly its random. Just play the numbers game and keep pugging!

3) Current level cap is 26

4) T2 warcamps are fairly busy, just join an open warband and go roaming.

1. PvP in all it's forms is the best way to get xp and better-than-green loot drops. long with RvR currency which in scenarios is used for weapons, and in RvR can by pieces of set gear (which are not fully implemented in T2, yet) Or you can farm mobs, which gives good xp, better than questing, but is mind-numbingly boring.

2. Scenarios are going to be won by one faction or the other, luck of the draw if your team is competent. Group queuing is implemented if you find some friends or join a guild which can increase your odds of winning. Gates of Ekrund, Nordenwatch, and Reikland Factory you stand next to a flag to capture it if an enemy isn't there. Mourkain Temple and Tor Anroc have a thing in the middle of the map to capture which gives your team points, does damage to you, and increases your damage output.

3. Level cap is currently T2, R26 RR30

4. People tend to loiter in the Warcamp, or roam the lakes in a warband. You can try and find an open group using the Warband icon on your menu bar.

meh yeah, i'm not feeling it. The pve is too dry and i've lost 6 scenarios in a row while feeling like the Order has been absolutely laying us to waste,
