T1 Event Guide 2024 by Entropy & Chaos

Hello everybody,

This guide covers the basics of what a new player can expect and needs during their time in Tier 1 (T1).
For any new players reading through it, this will help to familiarize yourself with the very basic mechanics of the game and give you some pointers for what to do here.

However, the guide also contains useful information for even veteran players willing to give this event a try and have fun in T1. Feel free to take a look.

Lastly, as it's also stated in the guide itself, members of Entropy and Chaos will be present in T1 warcamps gifting new players with some supplies to help them on their journey. Keep an eye out for us!

Once again a very well-made and thoughtful guide by EnC, thank you for your efforts! Being there as 'pseudo-NPCs' to greet new players and to supply them with useful items is a great idea.

Might be worth amending the zone lock portion, rank zone to 100% at 2% per box and then must hold all battlefield objectives to lock. Also Its called State of realm, not State of war. And tell them where the icon is, tiny red castle upper left on mini map, Perhaps also how to filter what is shown on the minimap. Where Auction house and bank are as well as where to find PvP gear in main cities. Just a few things i thought of after reading the guide as ive seen these questions tonight.

We already changed and added some of the stuff mentioned.
We might add a post-T1 section at the end of the guide soon, but for now we believe that the information regarding PvP vendors, the Bank and AH (and in general regarding the capital) aren't really relevant to the scope of this event. Adding too much information can also confuse players as there is only so much they can absorb at a time.
