[Tzeentch's Reflection] chosen

Many thanks for including Chosen in the changes in the latest patch.
- Oppression - Now further reduces the damage received by group members within 100 feet by 15% for 5 sec.

It is a nice change for snb chosens.

- Tzeentch Reflection - No longer boosts willpower and initiative. Instead, it has the following effect: group members in a 100-foot radius become surrounded by a magical barrier for 10 sec, which will absorb up to 1162 magic damage per person. The cost of action points has been increased from 20 to 35.

It is only a cosmetic change because after tasting, it turned out that the absorption only applies to BW/AM casting skills.
IB magic absorb by comparison works on all magic attacks even magic mele attacks.
I don't know if it's a bug or a deliberate decision but the skill with 30 sec cd is too weak to buy it in this version as it is.
