I have seen that some liniments turn into something else if used with the 200 ampule.

but why would you spend an epic vial on a normal liniment? Am I missing something? Wouldn't it be far easier and cheaper just to make the normal of whatever you "may crit"

The liniments cant do critical. There are some special liniments like "Liniment of War: Blood" or ""Liniment of War: Demise" and only can be obtained with level 200 vial

Probably because base heal crit is 10%...

For healcrit it seems reasonable but it doesn't make sense, when you see range/magic crit liniments. I have a hard time to understand why there is this special requirement for 2 liniments.
