Register reCAPTCHA

Hi,
Currently there is an odd way of verifying that you are not a bot upon registering for an account.
(ucp.php?mode=register)
Could i request (or make it myself) to add a Google reCAPTCHA for this?
Besides what is the reason to use Torrent to download? Why not a normal download?
