Punishing the winning side

Today's Fell Landing fort, destro was winning and order rage quited. Because of this half of the destro kicked from fort and cannot earn any reward or invade med. Why winning side is punished like this? Should we lost the fort all time to play properly?

I see two issues here:

1st:
Defender cap is calculated by attackers. Before starts Reserverations give space for folks which actually can't enter, if attackers don't go into fort.

2nd:
If Attacker leave fort, the cap for defenders shrink also.
Destro: Chosen 85+, Zealot 80+, Sorceress 80+, Dok 80+, BG 80+, Magus 80+, Choppa 80+, WitchElf 80+
Order: SM 64, Warrior Priest 47, AM, BrightWizard, ShadowWarrior, Kotbs

its not supose to "go against the flow", i blame solos and pugs for that defense... all pros and "social" gamers know its better to loose the fort and get a proper 3* ic defense :)

no but a constructive summary, which the project team can pick up and think or ask about solutions.

The blaming and shaming is helping no one. Give suggestions and the team can work up a solution for such problems.

But while punishing those problem pugs, try not to hurt their feelings with aggressive words.

This explains why WBs sometimes gets kicked out of forts and can not get back inside?
We blamed a destro guild last time (no name) :D
