theres nothing wrong with the matriarch spawning on you, if you find one or spawn one ask your guild for help to kill it if your guild refuses to help you kill them then that might mean you need to find a new guild, one that would spend the short helping another guild member.

the random floating eggs and what seems to be impossible egg spawns arent hard to reach at all if your really trying to get them, scout the area and find possible leverage to reach the eggs like wall jumping and such and small parkours.
