Until Order actually brings a decent comp of Tank, RP/WP, Slayer and play to their strengths, no amount of balancing will fix it unless ppl are outright banned from playing RDPS and are forced into tank, heal, Slayer.

You actually just made his point about Order competing with itself. If the correct comp is Slayer + blah blah blah then there is a problem compared to Destro.

BG and IB don't really get locked out of much by not going 2h, they still have about the same util either way.

Well played IB is like a cancer for a healer... with his "punishing knock" tactic he can be the one who can decide the battle. BG can only watch. Not saying IB is OP, but BG is at very bad spot when it comes to "be needed by WB".
