Tanks a'hoy

So, this is obviously heavily subjective and I'm not looking for trolling whatever. I am simply curious with how many changes their are. (Haven't touched this in like.. two years.) What are the state of the tanks? To clarify. I am curious for both Order and Destruction. Comparison of them in both RvR and PvE. I'm talking mostly in term of just.. tanking and supporting.. but I'm curious in all regards. Whatever opinions are welcome, let me know folks! Also, as an extra.. I'll likely just play whatever I enjoy more.. just more curious than anything.

I cannot remember the exact dates they made the changes to Swordmaster but SnB is probably in better shape (Vaul and Hoeth tree configuration plus new Vaul abilities) than when you left and 2h is probably in worse shape (can't hit the same damage highs due to no double debuff and it brings nothing else).
