Engineer skill Spanner Swipe and Friction Burn Cant Cast

After the blue and purple Item wipe, Friction Burn and Spanner swipe are no longer castable. I tried clearing my bars and re-adding and also re-logging. They do not work. Sad Face

Please delete this because the reason is embarrassing. My spanner was wiped so I cant cast an ability that uses a spanner.
