Twitch Event Time Clarification

The time for the upcoming Twitch event just says 12:00. Is the 12:00am or 12:00pm?

The time zone is Altdorf time. You can figure out the time zone by typing /time or .time in ingame chat.

And Altdorf time is 24h time so no am or pm

As general rule, if there are no indications of PM or AM, the hour mentioned is using a 24h format. 00:00 is 12:00AM and 12:00 is 12:00PM (noon)
