IB could be given a one-shot ability and destro would still complain about WL and SW above all other things.

IB buffs were mostly utility stuff... you wont feel the power increase directly. Thats pretty much why nobody complains about them. I see some "IB now makes Order OP because infinite AP" in chat from time to time but thats like 1 dude...

I am that 1 dude...
It seems a little excessive that order gets another root break when one of order's tanks(kotbs) gets a morale root for 10 secs that cannot be removed by healers or rdps classes.
