Try doing the /stuck command twice while the sepia colored loading screen is up.
<enter>/stuck<enter> <enter>/stuck<enter>
It will teleport you to the starting area, but at least you will be able to log in. Oh and you need to do it fairly quickly before your character logs into the zone it's stuck in.
