Royals in city

Sure i know its end game gear, and i know it takes realy long time to got full sov. but thats not the goal of my question. How other peopel can get that realy fast, lot of them running arround with full set. Im rr83 and get 140 royals with full inv and all other sets bytheway. My question is how i can get my royal medals faster or better, then hope for city one time in a day, or disabel my job, wife and childs, to farm that **** out of the game?;) thats not a me me me thread to please change the gamestuff. Just asking for maybe good plans to get that
