Wasn't able to get into second city in a row, how about all people that were queued and missed city recieve Royal crest based on city lvl etc (im open to the amount recieved). For example 1 star city - 2 crests, 2 star - 3 crests etc, what do You guys think??

But let's talk about it, so you see my Point of view.
On Order i've never had this Problem. When i Que, i get an invite... Even when Order push to IC, the mass of Destro who gets alerted via Discord and stuff is so big, that even for an IC deff, some Destro won't make it into the city.

I would say this is a pretty good balance System don't you think so? you have 2 options: log on Order or try to que sooner.
Happend once to me on Destro that i didnt get an invite to city and i wasnt obset or such, it is what it is.
Rewarding ppl for no effort is not pretty cool. some would try to abuse it, and Que the last 5s and get some Royals.

Reward bags (with sov) for the entire campaign so the hard work of people pushing through stalemates get rewarded.

Rewarding people who unsuccessfully queue would backfire.. if you can painlessly get sov why would you want to ever PuG... Ie even less order would try for cities. Last second pops would be solo fiesta.

Also city pop balance is a carrot to try and encourage even faction pops...

If they will ever introduce such reward i will simply wake up 10 secs before queue expire and walk solo into the portal and few secs later get my x crests to buy a 4th or 5th city sets.No effort at all.Farmed 3 sets in 3 months on destro and i probably missed 1 queu simply cause one pleb left the party and **** up all wb queues.If you insta queue as soon as portal opens with 24 man you most likely get a pop.If you solo or queue not in a full wb its a different story.I rather get my 3 crest to not partecipate in city than 6 to partecipate considering how boring stuff is in there.

You are touching here another ''well known'' problem of City sieges usually happening at late night ,where people with ''normal'' jobs etc cant just ''woke up''
