What does Top PVP means? In what aspect you are considering this "top"? Is it 6v6? 12wbCity? 24wbCity? 24oRvR warband? PvE? participation overall? what time zone?

Personally I don't consider any guild a Top one. The ones that are mentioned in this post most likely are named because of the meta they choose to play. This unbalanced game allows that a certain group of players comes together with the most broken careers to emerge as "most feared or top pvp" guilds. Using addons that helps them coordinate and allows them to cast spell rotations like if they were bots.

So taking that in consideration, the best guild is Da Freebootaz
