That looks like a destro win of 63% in average.

BOrk selfpump
Shaman moralepump
Mara moraledrain
Chosen bane shield/spirit based damage craziness
GTDC

vs.

BW selfpump
AM moralepump
Rampage

cc 60% in destro favor

It seems to me that the numbers are correct and shows exactly how/why the results are.

Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.

That's pretty tough to say but on average I would say a lot of cities happen late NA/early EU around 2-4am Eastern / 6-8 UTC

Tends to happen when there's very few remotely competent players playing order right now

Well, wont have to worry about bane shield craziness on that list anymore.

part of the reason is destro having slightly more classes with warband viable specs not taking up useless spots. AKA SW vs Melee squig

part of the reason is all the non-warband viable classes being overrepresented in orvr on order side, thus further limiting options for building solid warbands. AKA Engineer numbers vs. Magus numbers, although i have no factual backing for this, just my own (probably misguided) intuition.

but feel free to counter my claims with actual facts, cause i really don't have any here.
