Xrealm Ram Trolling Intentional or Abuse?

Are these considered legitimate tactics or considered bannable offense?

Using xrealm alt to sit on ram so no one can move them.
Using xrealm alt to spawn ram and log off so ram despawns.
Using xrealm alt to suicide the ram before people are ready.

The real question is do you have proof this is what they were doing?

I think its for the GM to check the account or IP and make a decision if enough people send reports.
If someone sit on ram at the door, follow the ram to the back line when we move it for oil, then sit on it again just so we can't move it to the back door, it's pretty obvious that they are intentionally trolling, and they are going to get a couple dozen reports,

If I was a GM I would not be looking at ever accusation unless there were SS or video. Those would for sure help you case.

I 100% agree that if they are doing it they should be banned but proof is key I think when it comes to GM investigating.

Screenshots of the incident. you can reach out to a gm they WILL ask for proof of the event.

So can confirm that this is not considered legitimate tactic and we should be screenshotting and reporting them?

You can talk to them on the discord and DM them to ask yourself. If they think it us a problem and have evidence they will act.
