Any NA Players with sub 150ms-ish ping times?

I can only get to about 190ish ms.

I have somewhere between 90 and 130ms when I play. Verizon SW PA. I haven't bothered using a vpn yet, but I should test out Mudfish since it seems to support the game/server.
