To freshen things up, starting afresh does reinvigorate the player base and it allows some people to try things they never have done before. Maybe on a fresh server a lot of people who dedicated to Destruction would switch to Order or maybe focus on a different class

But who will be there to Feed on all the newbies as they level up?

Personally I can't wait, it's going to be like the Serengeti, already is in t1. Think of it like National Geographic, we're here to make sure rage quitters who don't like being ganked/griefed rage quit :D
