Looking for a spot to Farm Vultures

Hi,
as the title says im trying to find a good spot to kill a lot of vultures for the title "The Vulture" (100.000 vultures killed). If anyone has seen a place with a lot of vultures in one place please let me know. 2 factors would too look out for, the more of them in one place the better and the lower their level the better. Im currently farming them in badlands at 39/28 there are about 20 of them at lvl 27 here, its a start but they are kinda spread out and there dmg out put and hp makes them less optimal to farm. Please let me know if you have seen a better place, thank you.
