Everything is in your Tome of Knowledge, event tab (this big gold one).

nice work. This was an excellent event so far, nice dyes at the end.

I finished all quests but one and there is no npc to collect rewards on Destro side. I've spent hours looking all over the IC and there just isn't an npc to get rewards (i have enough influence for the first two rewards). I wish I had known this before spending hours doing all the tasks. Am I missing something? Do I need to complete all the tasks before the npc appears? Thanks

There is none. Pumpik locations are the same for both factions. Apple-Bobbing, too. (The locations are in the event tab) And the Stingy Jack question is basically the same. talk to him - fly to crypt in start area and talk to Samdi - fly back and forth several times. After the drinking part talk to Jack near the monolith again. To start the quest line simply talk to Jack, he moves from tavern to tavern, just look around/check the taverns.
