Changing Heraldry

I change it twice and no change at all the banner still the same but it eat me 100G each
it that bug? or GM help give me back? or just help me change to the heraldry that i want to change?

Experiencing the same issue here. I lost 200g trying to set the emblem (#186). Character name Palachi, guild leader of Disrupted.

Yes, this happened to me a couple days ago. I selected the emblem, got a prompt that I will get charged 100g and need to select it again withing 60 seconds. Did that, got double prompt dialog pop up, clicked "OK" on both and lost 200g.

Our guild rank is 15

Just to make sure, your emblem will be shown at guildrank 20. Before that you will always see the basic one with the three faction icons. similar to this thread
But anyway it should cost only once 100g for changing it after selecting it the first time.

Correct, it says level 15 for guild cloak (in the rewards tab), level 20 reveals heraldry on guild standards

but cloak should be seen the heraldry
Now cloak still no change on heraldry
