That being said.. can we add a bit of extra barrel on the scen rifle for engineer? Its a sniper's rifle but it is too short

While Warhammer is a fantasy game it isnt WOW or Guild Wars. Look at TT models and in game gear pre warpforged, which were actually gear designed for the Asian launch of WAR, with more manga'd up (horrible) models and I doubt were by that point passed by GW like all original content had to be.
Warhammer was always been high fantasy with regards to monsters (though most earlier editions taken from world folklore), magic and chaos but quite low fantasy in technology compared to the new Age of Sigmar. Not to piss on anyones chips but that HE shield just isnt from anything Ive seen from TT.
