What are the "Healer Killer" Classes?

A 2H choppa with incoming and outgoing heal debuff, and the cooldown increaser ability. When I tried 2H choppa I killed some healers solo with these abilities. But I suspect that they were just bad to begin with.

Yes. I have killed healers solo on my 2h Ironbreaker for example. Feels good but they were obviously bad players. As everyone else said, teamwork kills competent healers. Bad healers can be healed by just about anything, like all bad players.

Even pugging i wouldnt use word "suck" actually, better say "lacking". It's some kind of a bad luck.
I log tank - we have 5-6 healers and no dps with cr40 for 2fg
I log dps - we have 0 tanks and 2 healers below cr40 for 2fg
I log healer - we have 0 tanks or 0 dps
It happens even if i play eg 1 SC as tank, log on dps/healer and join another SC rightaway (so it took like minute and situation changes drastically)

I'm toying with the idea of gearing my Chosen to specialize in putting pressure on healers (with assisting dps of course) by going backline harassment + defense gear play style w aoe stagger, 25% heal debuff aura, 25% casting time increase aura, and tainted wound tactic (backlash damage on direct healing a target).

Basically either attack the tank in your back line or face diminished output of casted abilities and heals. Direct heals (especially from RP single insta) are much less effective at self preservation. If i start to get focused, hit hold the line and hope my healers are on point.

It's been a lot of fun so far in t3 and below but too early to tell if its effective in big boy scenarios yet as I don't have the levels and gear.

Assist kills healers. And fast target switching if the enemy reacts first.
And of course n+1 is allways true.

healers is not OP here, in PUG near to nobody will support healer's killah.
as engi you should use tactic for your mines to increase build times. It's very annoying, but have downside - free immune for them if any aoe user form your side

WE/WH with two healdebuffs and proper support from tank (m1/interrupting long casts with taunt/etc). KD/silence before healer detaunt you.
if also proper zealot/rp will stun or shammy/am put silence on another healer(s) - chances to kill is very high.

but in PUG it's almost never happens
