Exactly of this behavior, many just do not feel like communicating with you or the staff.

1. Not every balance change needs to be made just because it comes from the community.
2. This game is currently so far from good balance and you really think this is the holy grail?
3. Just read some suggestions from the last days. There is so much better contained than this Malus change.

This is exactly the kind of response that we're happy to object to. I don't particularly feel like anything positive will come from interaction with community members like you either.

1. We certainly don't, and this doesn't make any sense. Why wouldn't we implement balance changes from the community? That's wildly counter-intuitive to the feedback we get all the time.
2. Pretty troll point to make here. We never claimed anything of the sort, but we're going to work on it anyway.
3. Malus had nothing to do with my point on implementing balance changes based on community feedback. Just another unrelated jab that you felt like wedging in somewhere?

We will continue to not-so-quietly work on the game despite your open hostility.

Mate, it's a public forum, you really don't have to take my word for it. And please, don't. Go check, and come tell me again how he wouldn't.

Edit: Granted, I did not include any horrible ninjapatches like Efficient Patching into my count, but these did not go through the balance boards which was the thing in question anyways, so hardly counts.

Don't treat people providing you a free game rudely. Grim is right, there are proposals and then there are whining threads that get shut down and the people involved go on to cause more drama. You know the saying; Grass grows, sun shines, MMO players complain that the PvP is unbalanced. This is endemic to the genre and playerbase, but has a place in the proper forums. Going on that things are unbalanced as though its being done to ruin your day, as though the developers don't care about their project, or that there's some hidden bias amongst everybody crying that the grass is greener for some other class, all deserve to be shutdown. That's not helpful or constructive criticism.

I think its also a safe assumption that the team knows about the majority of bugs or things to be fixed, if something hasn't been done yet its also worthless to assume incompetence or lack of care again by the developers. This game has been rebuilt, not resurrecting by attaching existing code to a new server proxy.
