I have seen this misinformation in several posts in different aspects of posts recently.
Weaponskill, initiative, and willpower give at most 1% avoidance every 140 stat. And the same is true for strikethrough but a little worse.
So can we stop using the statement 120 bs tactic is better because of that strikethrough. Or weaponskill gives parry and therefore it's good.

Uhhm, are you sure ? From my calculations around 25/26 Weapon Skill gives 1% Parry.
Same goes with Disrupt and Willpower, my RP w/o 160 Will (from tactic) has 27% Disrupt, with 160 Will Disrupt goes up to 33.1% which means 160 Willpower / (33.1 - 27 = 6.1) equals around 26.2 Willpower per 1% Disrupt.
Unless, the Character Window shows not true, which would not surprise me at all...

Check .getstats

Re: PSA: Avoidance
Its also wrong, because it doesnt count other stats into calculations, as Natherul stated:

If u tell me, that my WH has only 13% Parry, because .getstat say so, then i'm ready to click uninstall of this game...

I was under the impression that what you say here is true. OP didn't show any proof yet for his claim.Xergon wrote: ↑Sat Oct 27, 2018 3:43 pmRamasee wrote: ↑Sat Oct 27, 2018 2:29 pm I have seen this misinformation in several posts in different aspects of posts recently.

Dying is no option.
Re: PSA: Avoidance
The character Window tells you stats not counting for the enemy. Aza reverted avoidance formula

Go grab that formula and do the math. Against 1050 it comes out to 7.5%

Re: PSA: Avoidance
That's the gist of it. It's not exactly 13%, but it might aswell be.Xergon wrote: ↑Sat Oct 27, 2018 3:53 pm

Re: PSA: Avoidance
What ? What Strenght Value, each enemy have diffrent Strenght so how it can be consumed by default...
And even with my Strenght at 921, according to .getstat i have 2% Parrystrikethrough, which, as Natherul stated is not true because it doesnt count into calculation from other stats, which in this case is Strenght that gives Parrystrikethrough...
.getstat only shows pure values of your character, so in this example it only shows 10% Parry from Dual Weilding and 3% from items, it doesnt show Parry from Weapon Skill. However Character Window shows only Parry from Weapon Skill and Items, and finaly only addon shows proper value, pure stats from .getstats + stats from character window.
