Quest in your races pairing. It's pretty decent at the moment.

The exp is spread across the WB, which is why it seems slow.

PVE leveling has been vastly improved recently, go to your races tier and do quests you get tonnes of xp, i think its really good now.

Got 2 levels (and around 50 gold) from just doing travel quests in T3/T4 yesterday. Big improvement from before and much needed.

Best way to level currently is to do quests/PQ's in your racial lands (so if you are a dwarf go to dwarf land, its huge bonus xp), while queing for scenario at the same time (and when it pops, win it!). Always log off in your capital for the rested xp bonus.

If there is action in RVR or Scenarios, do those. If its slow and theres not much to RVR; quest IN YOUR ZONE, meaning if you are a greenskin, quest in the chapter that is your level and in the greenskin zones. you will get a buttload of extra xp and you level fast. I played seriously as fast as i can for 2 and a half hours in a greenskin zone on my Squig Herder and got from lvl 21 to 27 (hes RR 34 so i didnt have to worry about keeping RR up) and i plan on doing my choppa to get his rested xp out of the way later today

You can even grind some mobs in your racial zone if you dont dig questing.

The sc's (if you win) give massive exp now. Order is basicly freenown and exp pinatas in sc's right now but doing quests while queing for sc's seems the way forward.

Keep doing rvr to boost that rr ranking

i have played 7 scs in mid tier atm and won 6 of them. Just find guard friend and healer, that way 3 organized member team ez win vs destro
