Solo Queue SC / Solo Roam RvR / Zerg surf

I've been tossing around the idea of making a toon for solely this purpose. Any reccomendations?

SC: A Tank or Healer, so you can have a larger effect on the battle
Roaming: WE/WH for ganking, or White Lion to just kite people as a melee while your pet kills them (Squig also an option, but less mobility than White Lion - tradeoff of being able to deal damage while moving. But White Lion also has 3 CC's, two of which go through CC immunity, so you can CC anyone for about 8-10 seconds for free nonstop damage).

It seems there is not a choice for an all-arounder.
I tried SH and it just seems the damage isn't great.
Tanks will be good for SC or solo roam
RDPS will be good for zerg surf
WH/WE/WL good for ganking

??? SH is actually the best at this. There's nothing wrong with the damage output, and you're the only rdps with multiple built-in speed increasers.

I literally could not kill BWs, SWs or anything for that matter. In SCs, I'd focus on them and literally never take their hp below 90%.

What level were you? Cuz no Im not sure any dps is gonna have an easy time killing a target receiving heals without their heal debuff.

Can you name them, please? Always eager to learn how to get 8-10 seconds of free nonstop damage.
