Gear disparity: Anything to be done?

I've already commented on this here and I prefer not to remember some rough answers. I agree with you, principally speaking of Healers and DPS, they simply melt, even more if you take into account the set that the old players carry as BeastLord that now can not be acquired, for now.

There really is a gap, you notice this when you attack an R40 / 40 + and it does not matter, but if you attack someone from your lvl everything changes.

I do not know how to solve this, I think that stacking gears will not solve, it was clear that the idea of new sets was to call the players back, but deactivate one in the middle of the year I do not see a good solution when this set did not require so much player lvl to equip.
