Need 4 people to enter, everyone has to discover all tombs in game and have all unlocks from them. When group is gathered all 4 people have to click in one moment at 4 clickable gravestones near gate. If done correctly gate ll open and GUO ll be awaiting inside.

PRAAG @ 22k, 53k. Kill the mob under the waterfall.

Beastman, Gor (Bloodherd Gor) - Lair Of The Brute
BASTION STAIR. In the first wing kill the Bloodherd Gor to get the Skull of a Bray-shaman. Use the item in your inventory.


Writhing Shackles
Beastman, Ungor (Grentic the Thick-Headed) - Thick-Headed
PRAAG @ 700, 28k. Kill this named mob @ the W border of Praag.


Fated Veil
Bull Ogre (Cauldron) - You Going to Eat That?
THUNDER MOUNTAIN @ 48k, 54k. Clicking on the Cauldron will give you Fresh Meat. Right-click on it in your inventory.


Bloodied Fracture
Stone Troll (Boulder Chukka) - Diamond in the Rough
KADRIN VALLEY @ 31k, 25k. Kill these mobs to get the drop Consumed Rough Diamond. Click on it in your inventory.


Hapless Ha'Penny
Giant Bat (Deathwing) - Not Available in Any Stores
CHAOS WASTES @ 45k, 3k. Kill this L40 champ. It flies up near the ceiling at the back of the Caverns of Terror. 15min repop. Drops Deathwing's Fangs, click on it in your inventory for the unlock. NOTE: Drop rate is not 100%.

Great Eagle (Ironfeather) - Eagle-Eye
EATAINE @ 46k, 60k. Kill a champ eagle located in the SE, S of Shrine of Lileath, on a little rock.


Fullbelly's Lucky Foot
Squig (Rustspatter Squig) - Let's See What This Does
BLACK CRAG @ 19k, 9500. Kill squigs in the area until you get Fresh Meat. Then go east to 21k, 9500 and place the meat in the Wyvern Trap.


Crow Caller Chain
Giant Spider (Magma Crawler) - Sacking for Sacs
THUNDER MOUNTAIN @ 43k, 7500. Kill magma crawlers until you get 5 'Arachnid Poison Sac'.


The Obdurate Seal
Giant Scorpion (Crushclaw) (Firestrike) - Stick the Sticker
CALEDOR @ 51k, 46k. Brightmoon Forest N of (O) ch21. First kill Crushclaw to get: Giant Scorpion Stinger. Then go to 44k, 6k and kill Firestrike.


Wordbreaker Band
Basilisk (Bale Gaze) - No Reflection of Your Skill
CINDERFALL @ 35k, 34k. Across the lava there is a skeleton "Komnor Bronzemug". Click the skeleton to receive a mirror. Then click on the mirror in your inventory to spawn a non-champion basilisk. Kill the basilisk for the unlock.
TIP: You can climb up the mountain @ 46.5k, 41k and then work your way through it.

(Order) KADRIN VALLEY @ 58k, 50k. Talk to this NPC for the unlock.

Gnoblar - Sum of the Whole
(Order and Destruction) Collect 4 parts from various Gnoblars

BadLands @ 40k,37k - Bloodmaw Gnobler's Nose (drop off Bloodmaw Gnobler)
Cinderfall @ 54K,54K - Tooth Gnobler's Tooth (drop Gutbash Tooth Gnoblers)
Cinderfall @ 54k,54k - Gnobler Trapper's Trap Parts (drop off Gutbash Trapper)
Black Crag @ 40k,11k - Burnmaw Gnoblar's Shiny Bits (drop off Burnmaw Gnobler)

Once you have all 4 items, click on any one of them to unlock the bestiary section. Remember: you can only have one of each part in your inventory for the unlock to work!

The Ascendant Verses
Great Cat (The Frost Growler) - Fine Fur Pelt

WEST PRAAG. Kill the named mob at 52, 2700 and loot the pelt.
(D)- Turn in to merchant at Chapter 16 Chaos Waste camp.
(O)- Turn in to merchant at Chapter 16 Reikland camp.

Bug: If you have more than one pelt in your inventory the merchant will not recognize it for the unlock!


The Deep Oaths
Boar (Wyrmstone Charger) - Pork Chop
CALEDOR. Kill Wyrmstone Chargers outside the DE camp in the SW, and loot the item Lean Boar Meat. Inspect this to get the unlock.


Black Toof
Chaos Hound - From Mouth to Neck
(Order) SAPHERY @ 59.5k, 20.5k. First speak to Golgrund Stonefist @ the Ch13 camp to get Amulet of Fangs. Then kill Chaos Hounds near 49.5k, 13k until you have 10 Chaos Hound Fangs. Speak to Golgrund again for the unlock.
(Destruction) SAPHERY. Talk to Beastmaster Mezellian @ 31.5k, 15k to get the Amulet. Then kill Twisted Hounds and return to Mezellian.


One Tusk
Chaos Spawn - Empirical Proof
PRAAG @ 13k, 1k or 12.5k, 3k. A book called "Third Journal of Lilean" spawns near the first PQ "Gates of Praag". Find it E of town where Sasha Michailov is.


Broke Toof
Kill 100 Bloodbeasts of Khorne. NOTE: Most commonly found in Bastion Stair.


Moon Fang
Daemonette of Slaanesh - Sacrifice Over Excess
DRAGONWAKE @ 15k, 9k. Find a book to the W of the road along the mountainside, near a group of trees. Click it and a daemonette will spawn. After I clicked the book 10 times and killed her 10 times she dropped an Icy Heart. Take the item to the Altar of Broken Flesh in CHAOS WASTES @ 54k, 16.5k. Click on the altar with the heart in your inventory for the unlock.


Strife
Ghoul (Pisacha the Rank) - Demoted
DEATH PEAK @ 9.6k, 36k. Kill the mob for the unlock.


Torment
Skeleton (De-Animated Skeleton) - Coin of the Trade
CINDERFALL @ coords below. Examining a Skeleton will give you a skull. Right clicking on the skull gives you the unlock. There is some discussion over how many skulls you need to complete the unlock.
1. @ 59.5k, 11k --->Undead Dwarf Skull.
2. @ 57k, 57k --->Undead Elven Skull @ entrance to cave with 4 vultures in zone.
3. @ 64k, 50k--->Undead Human Skull in first room with ogre and bright wizards inside.

Nice work!
There are few mistakes and empty holes in this unlock list.
I ll look at it more carefully when i ll have time, but for now:
1)Lair of Defiler
Need 4 ppl to enter, everyone has to discover all tombs in game and have all unlocks from them.
Tombs unlocks are invisible normally from tok, only way y can check them is from clicking one of tomb achievments from 1rst page of tok. (It was directing y to secret, bugged ToK page).
When grp is gathered all 4 ppl have to click in one moment at 4 clickable gravestones near gate. If done correctly gate ll open and GUO ll be awaiting inside. (He drops blue usless for 100rr gloves btw:p)
2)plaguebeast from ostland and dryad from BC unlocks were repaired in one of last pathes of original war and were possible to get.
3)If needed i can provide almost every screenshot of unlock from this list. (PM if y want to get them, but its few GB of screens, if y want add pictures to this thread :p)
4)Message to devs: PLZ guys dont work on unlocks, or i ll get addicted again and ll start getting 4k+ again ;p

Y , pls dont let the Muschroom fall, to the black , terrible hole of unlock addiction. He never let me play rvr, just : 'kil 1k skaven, or 250 Ratogre, or....bleh:)
