Scavenging champions / Saphery

sometimes go to the dryads in saphery to get talisman mats/fragments.
no loot dropped anymore / cannot scavenge?
was something introduced in the most recent changelog that i missed?

Dont know about dryads in spahery,but the rank 40 dryads in Norsca have been disabled...they dropped rank 39 gear etc...and somebody at the dev team thought it was imbalanced. But somewhere are npc like that as someone is able to place big amounts of 175 essences on AH.
