Pve inf totally bugged and some classes have a jackpot where)

This is a blue ORvR influence reward from T2EMP, just checked my on choppa, they doesn't get the talisman slot.

This is something that must be posted on bugtracker...

The Witch Hunter tier 2 orvr Emp Ring also got a talis slot.

I have one with a tali slot also, on my WH so can confirm that
