how balance are bg?

I'am new player and if i can't play bg because the ennemy have 4 heals and we have 0 i will leave this game.
It's not the first time i play bg like that = fun = 0

If the only way you will interact with this game is on your own arbitrary terms, I highly recommend you cut your losses right away

edit: from context, I think you're talking about Scenarios and not the Blackguard career. If you want to have healers in your scenario group, make a pre-made with the composition you prefer. This game doesn't have the modern amenities of MMOs as a service and you actually have to interact with others to maximize success.

For a new player, you sure do have an old account with a lot of characters on it. Surely you created this account yourself and didn't purchase it?

There is a LFG channel which you can use to group up with players. There is a guild system which you can use to group up with players. There is also an upcoming new matchmaking system (currently being tested and fine tuned) which will help create balanced groups in scenarios if you still wish to solo queue.

There are options available to you, whether you wish to use them or not.
