Looking for a specific quest item(SM appearance)

I am looking for a specific Item appearance for SM

It said that it was from a quest, but it shows an error on my screen so I don't know which quest it came from. All items from the same quest have the name 'Alliance' on them too.

And this one, I have no idea where it came from.

Thank you for the answer, but the problem is I kinda made a mistake 3 years ago and took the wrong reward. I returned to the game a few weeks ago, saw someone use the same skin but a different name, I tried to ask where it came from and what quest it gave rewards, but he didn't answer me. So, I'm now trying to find a weapon with the same skin. managed to find old information that the 'Greatsword of Alliance' is from the 'Solidifying the Alliance' quest, but T3 quest seems to have been reworked a lot, and it doesn't offer the same reward anymore, just 25% renown pot.

Been doing 5 epic quests yesterday too, none of them gave the reward I want, and now I am at the dead end, have no clue at all how to find it
