Bolstering Anger/Grumble an' Mutter Removal 2 Year Anniversary Celebration and Appreciation Thread

Today marks 2 years and 21 days since the temporary removal of the abilities Grumble an' Mutter on Ironbreaker and Bolstering Anger on Black Guard, temporarily removed from the game in the 06/02/2024 patch:

viewtopic.php?t=52494

Expected to be returned at a later date as you can clearly see. As we eagerly await the restoration of these abilities to their classes, lets take some time to pause and reflect on what their temporary removal means and celebrate their 2 full years of absence. Some topics for the thread to consider and discuss:
  • When was the last time you used Bolstering Anger/Grumble an' Mutter in Warhammer Online: Return of Reckoning?
  • How has the temporary removal of Bolstering Anger/Grumble an' Mutter affected your view of their two respective classes in the interim?
  • Has anything surprised you during this 2 year lull as Bolstering Anger/Grumble an' Mutter were temporarily removed?
  • What’s your most iconic “this would’ve been different with Bolstering Anger/Grumble an' Mutter” moment?
  • Do you anticipate any changes to the abilities to be taking place in this 2 year in between refinement period?
Thanks.

^^ This is probably correct.

There is a small hope that it could since they're supposed to be doing individual/class/spec balancing later down the road. But i wouldln't bet on it, at this point my IB is dormant for 2 years( or is it 3 now? :) ) and there it shall remain until i see that old promises are fullfilled.

P.S. If not RoR and this server i hope there one day will be an alternative that gives us the beloved IB back. As for BG not sure how much their version meant to them( IB version was superior to the imho lame thing it got replaced with, both solo and group AP+ pump) but they also deserve to get it back since this was a promise as well

i only have ib rr80+ that time and im happy with it but with the removable of grumble i quit my ib and created 3 healers which has more hours of playing than my ib because now i like healing, im only using my ib for special events that has rare rewards but most of the time im always healing, if they make grumble back i might use my ib again since using grumble also let me solo pve content/quests/explore world especially lairs, now i only do rvr with my healers

The Heal IB/BG skill could return, but in a modified form.
It should have a lower value but heal OF/DP so that it can be classified as a utility skill rather than a pointless ability that gives survivability to classes that are already tough, such as IB/BG.

But here's the problem. BG could easily replace the useless FTWK, but IB has a much better skill in return, 25% AA damage for the party, so I'm not sure if it would be a good change in his case.

First and foremost, when giving tanks abilities, one should consider what they give to the party (tanks are support classes) and not just increase survivability for tanks who solo roam.
Hurub Chopa 80+ / Wybrany Chosen 80+ / Mroczniak BG 80+ / Alubercik BO 70+ / Doczek DoK 80+ / Hurubek Zeal 80+ /
Misio Shaman 80+ / Maxra Mara 60+ / Alubertus RP 80+ / Alubert KTB 80+ / Mnich WP 80+ / Kregi SL 70+ / Uposledzonyjez IB 60+

FtWK not useless at all. For grp play its >> shitty self healing.

Main question is do they both even need it. Most people that grumble about it want it to make their solo specs better, most people dont want it to return wanna them have grp utilities. So both factions gonna argue till end of the days.

Im just hoping devs will fix both of classes normally, that may or may nor include selfhealing.

It seems like the developers only saw part of the picture and assumed IB/BG were superior tanks, so they're not interested in making any changes.

Buff Kotbs,SW >> IB
Debuff Kotbs,SW >> IB
Toughness IB = Kotbs = SW

After all, they nerfed IB's skills because of this situation.

Moreover, they say that they have buffed PvE skills by giving them the ability to accumulate grudge.
