Toughness is NOT a flat number mitigation over damage, it is percentage based and exactly the opposite of offensive stat contribution to total damage, which are both in percent.Gunlinger wrote: Fri Feb 27, 2026 3:03 pm -Under the influence of FP, That front hit of AW is mitigated by 100

those 2 are physical dmg and mitigated by armor and toughness
NONE of BOTH is without the mitigation of Armor.
AW in that dmg range without armor mitigation would have been in the 2 digit range.
In short, your toughness like your armor are both negating a percentage of damage.
The only difference between them is Armor mitigating the resulting damage, after everything else had been counted (offensive stat contribution, weapon damage, toughness, absorb, crit and negative damage multiplier).
In your example from video clip :
Your attack hits Soulgiver for 591 damage. (103 mitigated)
591+103=694 total damage
103/694=14.8% mitigated
Agonizing Wound critically hits Soulgiver for 1819 damage.(100 mitigated)
1819+100=1919 total damage
100/1919=5.2% mitigated
Both hits are clearly NOT mitigated by the "same margin", as you said, and clearly shows the armor (final mitigation over the few of Toughness the player had) mitigating the AA hit with 3 times the efficiency of AW mitigation.
Therefore, armour was ignored for the AW hit.
And no, I played WH enough from 2022 or something to know exactly Feinted Positioning already worked like it does now.
I dunno from where it started (and dont care tbh), but the effects from FP were already here whatever you could think.
In the end, the Feinted Positioning tooltip is clearly misleading/incomplete, and should be either :
1. Corrected (if this behavior is intended),
2. Patched (if it doesnt).
