Crypts spider bug?

Since last patch first boss on Crypts enrages very often and we dont know why, can someone explain why or DEVS check if this is a bug, it became the hardest boss on the dungeon when it was much more easier

Are your dps killing the eggs and your healers healing the npc?

It's the little spiders, you have to keep the boss away from them, also the healer needs to heal the dude

I explain:

Sometimes if we kill the eggs too fast ,the npc HP goes down ultra fast and the boss enrages.
The sendation is that our atacks are hitting the npc cause when i asked my party to do It slowly It worked

the HP does go down if you DPS too fast, that is stated in the Wiki, so working as intended

i dont understand the intention of the devs for this.

if i have a good party with great dps they punish me in a minor PVE dungeon?
