U can't. Ror has an issue with overturned healing. Nor is it better in T4 because t4 is more organised and guard/ healer teams more common.

A quick glance of people running out of the nordland warcamp shows most people are naked, no talis or ones from the ch2 quests, if they have pots theyre the ones from the new quests/rr rewards.

But it takes completing a single PQ to give your char lvl1&4 blue talismans so it's not like they're being gate-kept by gold.

And back on topic, the only thing that really has a chance vs. healer (1v1) in t1 is a geared WE/WH as they have access to heal debuff proc at like lvl10. You'll also need to time your m1 dmg morale correctly.

Nope, it wasnt 1.5 on live
It was 1,4 or 1,5s on Live but you could execute skills earlier with the right timing, which was a very inconsistent way of using skills and bad to balance, since two players with same stats and rotation would have different DPS.
Dying is no option.

I have personally seen Nerfed Buttons automatically timing every attack exactly at 1.15s - There was a time when my kotbs friend with nerfed buttons and something else could just leave his char for 12h and farm constantly. NB also always using torment/go for da soft spot ability when flank/back so. Aor gave you chance, you couldnt spam and if you missed it gcd was locked to 1.5s but if you used ability very close to 1.15s the skill went off but you didnt regain Ap so there was a trade off.

Something like that should also be possible here without the NB ofc. Aor also had 25ft extra before melee channels was "out of range" (and ranged cast time skills as well) and melee channels were not affected by "Outside Cone " so they didnt break super easily. Also Some addon that everyone used, lets you ress inside keep without needing los, i never heard anyone banned or even done anything about it and that should actually be the case with no morale dmg cap and 9-12 max targets hit instead of 24. Remove GCD from morales/all pots/Detaunts/Taunts/Challenge/Maybe even Shatter/Purge etc.

Bring Los to range channels work like this again, because what else does ranged stay on your place channels have over anything? Also from same spot Rp/Zeal could use rituals as well. Sc flags or tree leefs didnt cancel out los either etc : D

Add heroic Defender Keep Buff back so underdogs actually have incentives because they will get alot of kills when Heroic Defender is up. 50% ae heal debuff tactics back to Dps Healers, Make melee healing/lifetapping from keep/fort doors work but make door immune to dmg part but it still would count the melee heal part. 9 cap without morale dmg cap and no undefendable guard dmg

Now there is nothing you can do against higher numbers, but all the best CC, Best Skills and tactics have been very nerfed or removed after 13yrs. If game has something for that long without nobody complaining about it, no changes pls then.

Ive shared and discuss this one with those who have been doing GCD change too btw, so they knew it wasnt 1.5 on live too. But decisions still made.
Afaik we also have different ability q system here from what it was on live, but nobody told me how exactly the one we have is working (and i wasnt very persistent tbf, dont think its a big secret but somehow is just not shared publicly).

And ability q system is actually what made gameplay smooth and cool. Previous RoR system was smooth and cool too. Very sad it had to change. I personally dont support all this theories about how many skills you can do within what time, its irrelevant totally. Be GCD 1.1, 1.35 or 1.4 or even 1.5 it doesnt matter all that much.

Rules for abilities, consumables, morales and even more importantly how ability q system works is what should provide smooth gameplay, and smooth gameplay is most important. I got used to current system, but changes into e.g. guard, morales, consumables makes it all meh in my pov... :(

Look at his video though. You clearly see that the abilities fire off before the cd is completed. If the UI says 1.5 sec it has to be 1.5 sec!
WoW never had a 1.5 sec gcd. The majority of abilities had 1.5 sec gcd but e.g. some Warlock, druid and all (?) rogue abilities had 1 sec gcd

UI is surely missleading. Also yeah fire off before cd, but thats what the ability q system allowed which i mention, i dont know enough technical details of how exactly it was coded and can be a little bit mistaken/mislead so wont go in details but how it was on practice is the following - before ror gcd change and on live you could launch an ability faster, cutting off gcd (so it fires off faster then gcd goes) but getting no AP regen tick instead. I think that was cool mechanic we no longer have. Its imho of course, like even here in a thread Sulorie disagrees it was cool
