Agreed that Ch/Kotbs Shouldnt be higher than 25%. 50% Aoe heal debuffs are needed back, to Dps Dok/Wp Dps Rp/Ze. 25% Heal debuff proc(Guile) should be distributed more equally, Now blorc/Choppa can use 2h and have that proc on destro side. Order gets Wp/Wl/Ib/Slayer.
Return original procs to rr38 influence items, these had much more crit and they had Boost V procs for EVERY class. That is the 12% Crit dmg/9% Crit. Didnt matter if it was 1h wpn or 2h wpn you got this proc from influence wpns/tier 4 epic quest wpns. Both of these are under lvl 40 so this would really help current RoR.
All classes also got 7pc Sovereign bonus Boost VII 20% Crit dmg/10% Crit on top of Having Boost V or some VI. So these Stacked to 32-38% Critical dmg and 19% Crit.
Crit is obviously the best option because it has Rng and its the same for everyone. Critical heal/dmg without modifiers is 35-55% Increase.

Imho improve the renown for crit, 3 crit / 5 crit/ 6 crit / 8 crit. Futile strikes is too overpowered in comparison. 15 renown for 5 crit increase, or 15 renown for -9 crit reduction, what is up with that ?
Increase the sentinel strone to 5% crit. Improve sov bonus to 8 % crit. 7% crit Fort weapons, 5% crit sc weapons.
Remove Kotbs healing effect on team mates and stuff like that, random scenarios are unplayble since with a few high armor/guarded aoe healers it's just the most boring kind of gameplay.
I would rather watch paint dry on the wall than play RoR in this mode, it is torture even if you win. Then people wonder why most quit playing the scenarios and just a few people try to justify it every time.

Otherwise no dps would buy out hd because it would be pointless.
Additionally, the game really doesn't need any more reinforcement of brainless aoe but rather an appreciation of the complexity of ST.
