So that’s my 3rd approach to reach the Devs or any support on my case coz for now im left with silence
After Twitch drop i was able to send rewards that I gathered to my toons… yeah but on the list there was a toon on the top that was called similar to my toon but it’s now mine (there was a 1 letter difference) so RoR let me send trophies from here to some not existing character in the game…
I would love to get those rewards back and unlink this weird not mine toon from my account.
No I don’t have access to this “wrong” toon in the game.
Yes I wrote on the discord channel in the support section, and yes I wrote the support ticket on the web - no response :/
