WL needs a big bonk from the nerf hammer. It's pure insanity how many of them there are now.

Many of WLs now because WH's self healing was nerfed, Slayer got nerfs too.

About parry block strikethrough, the Rampage was nerfed from 100 to 20% strikethrough, WL with great weapon and elf's tactic Discerning Offense may get the same 20% strikethrough by default.

Buff Engineer'self healing and then will be more Engineers (cast on the move 1 second or instant buff)...

Idea how to buff Slayer or Choppa for small scale (more slayer after nerf and destro have more tanks as always), these classes stricly recommened to play with tank and under guard ability and if Slayer or Choppa have no guard then may give to them passive ability about 10% incoming damage reduction.

So if you gonna nerf WL somehow then Slayer needs buff

Also may say that after rSH buffed a few years ago, some geared rSH 80rr+ from distance may beat WL or at least 50 on 50. While I was playing for WL, there were 2-3 such cases with me 1v1, Finish'em Off 2k crit damage.

For my part, have toons in 80+ on both side including a wl.

I see the main issue making the WL better than is should be is the leap and 360 spin.
If the spin channel were a cone instead of 360 it would change how the class performs and played, that is some choices are needed and noticeable drop in its face roll play style.

My belief would be this simple change would bring it inline with the rest of the classes and probably help the slayers (might still need a very small slayer buff, they are small so only a small buff is appropriate)
