Tormenting Herald Chaos Chosen Shield - Where can I find it?

I still can't wrap my head around the whole fashionhammer situation.

Like I said, I respect the decisions from the devs, but I wish I could understand them. Yes, you play as a follower of Tzeentch, and that is the most common answer why you aren't allowed to wear matching gear for the other Chaos Gods. But then they implement events that let you get cloaks and trophies for Nurgle and Khorne (with Slaanesh probably following next), but matching armor is a no-go.

Also, it seems that the rules for Chaos are especially strict because, as an orc, you theoretically have to play as a Bloody Sun Boy, and yet I never read something about "no! You are not allowed to be a pirate." (No diss against the Freebootaz; I love them.) Instead, we got a whole event about pirate stuff.

And why is manpower used to go the extra mile and delete existing stuff? What harm does a Khorneshield do? Why is there such a hard line in appearance in a ROLEPLAY game? Is it to make the game seem more polished and consistent? Is it only to make the descriptions of your abilities match your appearance? Why is it bad to have a small amount of people playing as a follower of another Chaos God? And if such appearances really, really bugs you off then you can turn them off in the options. Did you ever watch pictures of kit bashed Warhammer miniatures and think to yourself, "My god! How could they!? That miniature was clearly supposed to be a Tzeentch guy, but now they make it look like a Slaanesh figure! Why doesn't anyone put a stop to this?"

I mean, if the rules were really consistent, then I would understand the whole situation, but then I see a pink orc riding a tiny pink pig and lose faith.

That Khorne shield is amazing ! Was so cool to see that, please do not take it down

I also don't get why other chaos gear are prohibited ?
There are already some available gear in the base game (few green/purple/red colored weapons)
You can dye in all colors and even the magus, the 100% Tzeentch, can summon nurglings
Even more when you play PvE quests you come to work for other gods
It's also disappointing when you like Tzeentch the most, everyone go for the same few cool skins

I hope dev are holding back those items for a future release / event, makes no sense to cancel them
