What are the "Healer Killer" Classes?

I'm toying with the idea of gearing my Chosen to specialize in putting pressure on healers (with assisting dps of course) by going backline harassment + defense gear play style w aoe stagger, 25% heal debuff aura, 25% casting time increase aura, and tainted wound tactic (backlash damage on direct healing a target).

Basically either attack the tank in your back line or face diminished output of casted abilities and heals. Direct heals (especially from RP single insta) are much less effective at self preservation. If i start to get focused, hit hold the line and hope my healers are on point.

It's been a lot of fun so far in t3 and below but too early to tell if its effective in big boy scenarios yet as I don't have the levels and gear.

save your interrupt, stun for 50% hp of healer.
you can interrupt his long cast 2 times in theory.
taunt, stagger.
it really screw their rotations.
i saw many healers gone panic after interrupt.( or just my imagination, anyway it's fun )

The problem isnt the class, every dps class is more or less viable, the problem is you are trying to kill healers solo, the game isn't built like that. If you can't find a group then get to know the people in your scens and find which other dps know what they are doing, then make an assist macro for them (/assist "player name"), you can make multiple if you want. Follow them around, hit the targets they hit, and start winning.

Do you have to fill in the name yourself or is the mainassist in grps working?

The problem isnt the class, every dps class is more or less viable, the problem is you are trying to kill healers solo, the game isn't built like that. If you can't find a group then get to know the people in your scens and find which other dps know what they are doing, then make an assist macro for them (/assist "player name"), you can make multiple if you want. Follow them around, hit the targets they hit, and start winning.

I use the Buddybind add on (it's somewhere hidden in the forum), as you can create quick and easy an assist-hockey, without typing at all.
Also I have a simple /assist on my hotbar to assist anyone I want. Just target a friendly, press /assist and focus the target down ^^

Careful targeting dps there is such a large variety out there. For instance when scenarios end you'll see who are top healing/dps/deathblow.

Not sure to be honest, always filled name myself.

you can activate 'swift assist' addon, it's in the game.
afterthat there are 2 macros in macro menu.
set assist and assist.
put them on skill bar and use it.
